We know how difficult it can be to watch your loved one struggle with daily activities and routines due to the progression of Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Our Kings Mountain and North Grove locations have designated memory care units that provide memory care in a secure environment.
Our Kings Mountain location, called Alley's Cove, is located in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. This unit has twenty eight (28) beds specific to memory care.
Our North Grove location is located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This unit has twenty two (22) beds specific to memory care.

North Grove

DESIGNATED REHABILITATION UNIT
White Oak at North Grove is a 132 bed skilled nursing facility located within a short drive from Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Mary Black Hospital, and Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. We also provide memory care in our 22 bed secure memory care wing.
