White Oak Of Columbia

White Oak of Columbia is a 120 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located in the heart of Columbia within a short drive from three major hospitals.  We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation.

Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day.  Our interdisciplinary team develops an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders.  The service of White Oak of Columbia is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs.  Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Mitzi Jolly

Administrator

Mitzi Jolly joins the White Oak Columbia team with 29 years experience in the medical field with 25 of those years being in long term care. Originally from Alabama, Mitzi has been in South Carolina since 2005 and plans to retire here someday. She considers herself a "South Carobamian." She began her long term care career in Social Work. She has been active in the SC Health Care Association for 15 years and has a passion for advocating for the SC Nursing Home Residents. Her door is always open and she welcomes you to drop by anytime.
